Not good @British_Airways about time you told your Club/Business Class check in staff at Schiphol that under 18’s traveling with a fully vaccinated (in UK) adult do not need to be vaccinated or take a test before traveling back to the UK I shouldn’t have to argue and prove it 😡

So vulnerable under 18’s will be offered the vaccine + those living with some vulnerable adults but what about young athletes who will be unable to compete internationally as other countries won’t let them in if they aren’t vaccinated. 🙁

@LeShuttle is their a number I can get through to you on? I have tried 5 times over the last 2 days hanging on for almost an 1hr each time but can't get through to an agent. I need to cancel/amend a shareholder ticket which can't be done online.

@Tuffnells shocking customer service. Despite clear instructions on order that heavy picnic table should be left at back not front door, courier refused to move it for my elderly frail husband. Now waited in all day for return collection as also damaged & noone turned up.
