@sainsburys please can you tell me how long refunds by the delivery person at the door take? All of my fridge items soaked in milk due to 2x milks being damaged & he scanned to refund at least 9 items. I haven’t had an email to confirm, full total of my order was charged today.

💔 Rufus and I had to say goodbye to Stanley at the weekend. Friday he rapidly developed abdominal pain which was found to be sepsis in his pancreas. I could not see that sweet face suffering for a second longer. The loss is sudden and immense. I am utterly heartbroken 💔

Can’t believe how hard it is to sort repair for my mums washing machine, still under warranty @IndesitUK when I finally got her a call back she was just talked at re ext warranty got cut off & they hadn’t even booked her the repair appt. No way to contact again other than chat 😡
