@CrimeLdn Yes they shouldn’t have to put themselves at risk but sadly the price of allowing this to happen has an impact on jobs In retail and anyone working in this sector understands the impact it has on there livelihoods and the future of there stores and jobs !
@AdmiralUK so yet again another 2 hr wait to speak to someone and no one answers! This situation is ridiculous and extremely stressful,even after emails to your complaints dept nothing back. Do you have any idea how this affects people ! 3 months waiting so far…….
@chloegeogh@AdmiralUK We waited 2months for my sons car to be moved from the recovery garage after a non fault accident ! Average of 2 hrs on the phone each time on hold and no one in complaints gets back either , wouldn’t be do bad but the person responsible is also with Admiral,
@AdmiralUK please could you respond to your emails as you don’t seem to be able to answer a phone! Nearly 6 weeks of being put through to ‘the relevant dept’ only to be cut off is seriously becoming a joke, no call backs and numerous emails bring ignored.
Not even the decency to respond to the recovery people who still have the car 6weeks down the line. The frustration and stress you are creating is unfair on your paying customers.This is not the way to run a business !!
