Imaging: Well-defined intraductal mass near the nipple with solid and cystic components. Most of Bx appeared as fibrotic breast tissue until low power revealed an intraductal papilloma. Everything fits; glad I went high power to see DCIS colonizing the papilloma. #breastpath
