@UPSHelp who do we contact if the agents by phone can’t help us in our insurance claim. It’s been MONTHS, ups has no idea where the package is and we paid insurance for it. Had to refund money to the client out of pocket & ups on the phone just gives us the roundabout.

@GrouponHelpUS no thanks to Groupon customer service agent Neliswa N. I got no help in resolving my canceled event. I asked for refund and they said they can’t help me. Going to my bank now. You would think with this pandemic going on they would be generous in providing refunds.

@SamsClub second time now I purchase food items that are expired. I should have learned my lesson after the first time; purchased Oreos that were expired for about 4 months & were STALE. 2nd time, muffins with expiration date of 2 weeks ago. At least sell it at discounted price!
