August 29th. 13 weeks since I put in my claim for cancelled flight . Still haven't received the refund I was promised for hotel and food. Has anyone at #easyjet ever read their customer charter?

#easyjetneveragain Two months waiting for my expenses to be refunded. Don't believe a word they say at the airport or on the phone. Once you get home they ignore you. If they agree to take action they don't reply to tweets or emails Shame on you @Easyjet @easyJetCustHelp

@ICAEW Is anyone else having problems with the new ICAEWjobs site? My alerts stopped and there seems to be no way to set up an alert for West Yorkshire say without setting up an alert for each town and city. Type Sheffield in and you have to scroll through acres of US outposts

@easyJet Lara advised me to use the contact us form so after another hour I filled it in and uploaded all the attachments. when I clicked send I got this

@easyJet Hi The add button on the claim form was dimmed out - I reported this at 12.35 to Lara on Customer services - no error messages. I could browse and bring the name of the scanned receipt into the form but not click add.
