@sewateruk I don’t know if this has been reported but there is a MASSIVE leak in Canterbury Road, Herne Bay at the junction with Spenser Road … please can you send someone urgently. I can’t send photos as I am 81 and don’t know how but it’s really bad. ‘Every drop counts.’

@sewateruk Southern have said it's not their problem, the manhole where water is flowing from is a private one apparently but it's still your water, NOTHING is being done and it's been six months now, precious water is flowing down the drain. "Every drop counts." except that it doesn't.

@sewateruk Please can you tell me when the leak on Mickleburgh Hill (corner of Ivanhoe Road) is being repaired, 73212768,the manhole in the road has been leaking for months! You said it is not your responsibility, Southern Water have also said this isn't theirs either WCS5331082.

@sewateruk There is a leak in Kings Road, Herne Bay in the road where it meets with South Road. It's been there for a couple of weeks now...any chance of inspection of this leak during this drought ?

@SouthernWater Hi Lara … it would be helpful if you could contact Canterbury City Council … this leak is now FLOWING from the manhole, goodness knows how many millions of gallons of precious water has been lost during the last SIX MONTHS….”every drop counts.” !! No-one is doing anything !

@SouthernWater Hi Lara, unfortunately I’m not sure how to do this. I am 81 and live alone and have no-one to show me. All I have is job refWCS5331082 and S.E.Water job ref:73212768. I have tried many times to get someone out to view this awful leak but can’t get anywhere, please can you help ?

@sewateruk When is something going to be done about the dreadful water leak (73212768). It's been MONTHS now, neither S.E.Water or Southern Water (WCS5331082) claim responsibility, meanwhile precious water is pouring down the drain during this drought. "Every drop counts." !!

@sewateruk @crazeemary82 The problem is that leaks are visited but nothing seems to be done about them as per the two leaks in Herne Bay which I have reported several times.

@sewateruk They did attend but said it is a fresh water problem and passed the problem back to SE Water ... in these drought conditions, precious water is just going down the drain and I cannot get anywhere, please can you contact Southern Water ?
