@VirginMediaIE Hi Craig Thank you for your reply , No it was only working in the attic . We had an engineer here today. He has moved the point to the sitting room but now we have no signal in the office. The engineer said we need two extenders. How can we make sure that these will be sent out ?

@VirginMediaIE WiFi installed today only works in 1 room customer service fobbed me off to 4 people who where of no help. Trying to charge me extra money to extend wifi from one room in the house to any where else in house. AWFUL SERVICE #CustomerService #virginmedia
