@John_Dabell I’ve recently been discharged as cured from head & neck cancer. Half way through treatment I also had breast cancer. After five operations, seven weeks of radiotherapy and nine scans I was able to celebrate my 80th birthday here in England. We are survivors!
@NimraShahzadin When we got engaged in 1969 we didn’t have much money, my engagement ring was the cheapest diamond we could find (£18). I wore it for 40 years (2010) and then I bought myself a much better ring (£1,500). We have now been married for 56 years. Times change, rings aren’t important.
@Michaeljos92972 Our niece, a nurse aged 61, died on Easter Saturday from pancreatic cancer. She tried so hard to live, but the chemo made her very sick. She was diagnosed in October. All those who loved her could only watch and feel sad relief when the suffering ended. ❤️
@Pastor_Stan_831 2 different cancers, 5 operations, 7 weeks of radiotherapy, 9 scans, and I’m still here 5 years later (in Rugby, England). I trust that all will go well for you, now and in the days, weeks, months and years ahead!
@Michaeljos92972 Our niece aged 61 is dying from pancreatic cancer. Six months ago she was diagnosed and told she had 3-6 months to live. Yesterday we were told she is now end of life. She is scared. Her husband, sons and cousins are with her. She is a nurse.
@mikejwhelan The suffering you are going through now is your last gift of love to Rebecca because if you had died before her she would have had to go through the same suffering after your death. It is the burden carried by the person who is left behind.
@mikejwhelan I don’t like the way people are criticising you. No one knows what you are going through, you are doing your best in an awful situation. I hope you can just scroll by and read the comments of those who are trying to support you.
