I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation.

I will not be silenced.

Reporter: "What do you say to those who are struggling to afford gas, groceries, diesel?"

Trump: You're losers. It's the greatest. If you're struggling in this economy, you're a loser.

There's your midterm messaging from the GOP

⛽️ MAGA TRUCKERS: “There’s no reason for this… My truck’s gonna sit there and rot until this idiot is out of office… I never thought I’d say this but I miss Biden… we’re dying out here and they don’t give a shit…”

Anthony Scaramucci on Trump’s corruption: “When you say the word depraved, it is so much worse than that, so much darker than that. There’s a level of shamelessness to him. They are literally overtly now stealing money. They’re literally selling pardons, insider trading with information they get from the government. It is a scene I think will long be remembered by Americans if we can get a reformer to come in after him and clean this up and it’ll be one of the darker parts of our history”

Call me crazy, but it seems a little excessive for tax payers to cover the cost for tRump to fly 24 vehicles,19 motorcycles, and 1 Natalie Harp to Ireland for a 48 hour visit so he can attend a golf tournament while voters are unable to afford health-care, food, gas, utilities, or rent.

This morning, on American Airlines Flight 2505 from EWR to CLT, I witnessed something that honestly restored a little bit of my faith in humanity.

I’ve flown a LOT, and I can say without hesitation that I witnessed one of the most compassionate flight attendants EVER.

The passengers in seats 3D and 3F were elderly. The gentleman was wearing a Veterans hat, and during the flight, he needed to use the lavatory.

That’s when I watched FA Aimeè step in.

She didn’t just point him toward the lavatory or offer a quick “Are you okay?” She got up, stayed just a half-step away, and carefully shadowed him as he slowly made his way down the aisle.

He was clearly struggling.

When he reached the lavatory and began having even more difficulty, Aimeè immediately went to get his companion which was also elderly. She stayed with them, helped him through the situation, and then assisted him back to his seat.

But it didn’t end when we landed.

The gentleman was still having trouble, so Aimeè called his family members from the main cabin to come forward and help. I’m assuming the woman traveling with him was his wife and watching her was heartbreaking. She was visibly emotional and clearly needed support herself. I think the gentleman was confused where he was.

When the family finally reached them, they helped him out of his seat and into a wheelchair.

Then came the moment that got me.

His companion turned to Aimeè, hugged her tightly, and just broke down crying while thanking her for everything she had done.

And Aimeè started crying too.

They stood there holding each other for a while.

And nobody rushed them.

Nobody complained.

Nobody tried to push them along.

Everyone could see that this was a delicate, deeply human moment.

Sometimes compassion isn’t about doing something extraordinary.

Sometimes it’s simply noticing that someone needs help… and choosing to stay.

And apparently Aimeè wasn’t done taking care of people yet. 😂

She was also incredibly helpful to me when I needed to use the lavatory during the flight.

Because apparently crutches + turbulence = a terrible combination. 😂

So, Aimeè, if you ever happen to see this, please know that your kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

American Airlines, PLEASE let this woman know how special she is.

She wasn’t just a flight attendant today.

She was someone’s helping hand, someone’s comfort, someone’s strength and for a few minutes, she was exactly what those passengers needed.

@AmericanAir , you have an AAmazing flight attendant in Aimeè. ️✈️

Thank you for reminding us that kindness still exists at 30,000 feet

17 year-old Joey cooks for his family of five every night. His mother had been ill for a very long time and so he took over cooking duties while his father worked 12 to 13 hours a day. Sadly, his mother passed away on August 7.

He’s a remarkable young man and his goal is to one day go to school for a culinary arts. ❤️

I heard about rehab centers essentially abducting Native Americans in Arizona, holding them hostage, and billing medicaid $8000 a day. I went there to look into it - and it was so much worse than I expected.

A quiet revolution is happening in cancer treatment. 😀

Using live MRI imaging, doctors can now see tumors in exquisite detail while a patient lies comfortably in the scanner. Once the cancer is precisely mapped, they slide a needle thin probe straight into the heart of the tumor, often through just a tiny nick in the skin.

Then, in seconds, super-cold argon gas floods the probe tip, dropping the temperature inside the tumor to –100 °C or lower. An “ice ball” forms & engulfs the cancer, shattering malignant cells while healthy tissue just millimeters away stays unharmed. The entire process is watched in real time on the MRI screen, giving doctors millimeter perfect control.

No big incisions. No general anesthesia in most cases & many patients walk out the same day & are back to normal life within days instead of weeks.

This technique (MRI-guided cryoablation) is already saving kidneys, sparing men from the side effects of whole gland prostate treatment, shrinking liver tumors & helping patients who were previously told “surgery isn’t an option.”

Centers like Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering & MD Anderson are expanding its use every year, with success rates now rivaling surgery for many small to medium tumors & complication rates often lower.

For the right patients, freezing #cancer to death under MRI guidance isn’t science fiction anymore; it’s becoming the new standard of care. ❤️

If you live with fibromyalgia, you know that being heard can be the hardest part. In my latest op-ed, I discuss how a “difficult” label in your records can delay care, and why medicine must question the label, not the patient:

Meet Bruce Taylor, of Taylor Farms. This man makes huge contributions to Trump so his lettuce is never inspected. So far, this man has given us E. coli, and cyclospora.

He does NOT allow his lettuce pickers to take bathroom breaks.

Kroger brand lettuce is actually Taylor’s.

Do not laugh about this speech. It’s impossible to follow but he’s directly challenging our right to vote. The president of the United States is lying in order to wage war on our democracy and against the states. I don’t care your politics; everybody should be outraged.

My husband's autopsy came with a genetic test. When Grant died of an aortic aneurysm in 2022, the medical examiner found a variant in his DNA. One death can give the rest of the family a head start to get screened. Send this to a relative.
