@AirCanada I am still waiting for hotel reimbursement from a cancelled Toronto flight to Columbus Ohio in June. My bank details were requested 2 months ago . I have contacted customer services with no further response . This is very poor service !

@AirCanada I travelled Manchester to Columbus last month . My flight from Toronto to Columbus was cancelled . I understand I am entitled to the hotel cost . I have emailed 3 times now and not had any response from your airline .
