Dr Oum Nhel joined the Stroke Team, exploring MDT working, SSNAP, stroke pathways and quality improvement. Dr Chandara was with with Paediatric and Neonatal teams, learning about clinical leadership, safety and family-centred care.

Cold, grey day at Leighton Moss but still magical. Reeds swaying, birds flitting, friendly ducks waddling up for a stroke. Saw egrets, spoonbills and a camouflaged snipe. Best of all — two hen harriers gliding over the reeds with sheep-dotted hills behind.
Dear British Gas, thank you for sending another 21 letters to add to the 25 you sent 2 days ago and the 17 from last week. I don’t think that 63 letters is enough to drive us or the tenant that doesn’t live here crazy - although we are getting close…. Please desist!

I called to ask if the emails could stop. Apparently they’ll only stop once the check happens - wasteful & expensive!
@customer_tsrv Yesterday I received 15 reminders and so far today, 16 reminders. I have spoken to my 3rd BG person - and hopefully these will stop soon - but I am very close to closing my account and going to another provider. Extremely frustrated - no tenant in our home!
