Water companies - we privatised but didn't introduce competition - so you can't switch. Meaning there's no competitive pressures so we must fully rely on regulatory not market influence. It could be argued that's the worst of both worlds. #bbqt

Hah! County Councillor with epilepsy over here would point out she's represented the transport-poor residents of East Suffolk for 15 years rather better *because* she can't drive. Non-drivers know all about the deficiencies of rural #bus transport. Drivers just get in their car
