True dat, Anand… you’ve always had a gift for spotting gems on your journey, and this one is especially precious.
I had the pleasure of recently meeting Sartaj when he got a custom-made Yezdi. Watching him sing a song around it, while the video traced his favourite places and memories, was something else altogether.
As someone deeply moved by Punjabi poetry, I’ve long admired how he turns language into emotion and music into storytelling. The world may have noticed him because of #dhurandhar2withthecast …@RanveerOfficial ..to me some artists entertain; a rare few touch the soul. Sartaj belongs firmly in the latter category.

@anandmahindra Sir you are an inspiration for the contemporary entrepreneurship of the nation.. having your recognition is beyond the degrees.. I had a 1980 classic Yezdi & restored that with lots of admiration. The Song (Ni Main Yezdi Karaya Ey Tayyaar Kudiye..) was written in 2017 when it got ready ! Felt so honoured when @yezdiforever gifted me the Customised Edition a few days ago in Chandigarh ! Thanks to @reach_anupam & Monty bhaji who flew specially from Mumbai . He has been on a lifelong journey of learning and discovery.

A sweetness that itself made us sip deeply, and brewed a sacred intoxication ! It created a whole dominion of melodious winds and envisioned “The Omnipresent” !
