Going through a pathetic service experience with the water purifier I purchased. It not even been a month and the product has failed multiple times. I can’t reach out to @Eureka_ForbesIN because my phone number is not registered with them which @RelianceDigital did not share with them.

Reliance Digital customer service team asks me to contact the store from where I purchased, what’s the use of a customer service team, then?

Flipkart से AC खरीदना मेरे लिए बहुत खराब अनुभव बन गया…

15 दिन पहले नया AC खरीदा, लेकिन product defective निकला।

सोचा था online shopping से सुविधा मिलेगी, लेकिन अब सिर्फ परेशानी मिल रही है।

हर बार customer support का वही जवाब
Sir mail कर दीजिए…
2 दिन में call आ जाएगा…
Issue जल्द resolve हो जाएगा…
लेकिन 15 दिन हो गए .....
न proper response,
न replacement,
�� technician का clear update।

इतना महंगा product लेने के बाद अगर customer को बार-बार सिर्फ इंतजार ही करना पड़े, तो भरोसा कैसे रहेगा?

Customer पैसे समय पर देता है,
लेकिन service और support के नाम पर सिर्फ excuses मिल रहे हैं।

क्या आप में से किसी और के साथ भी ऐसा हुआ है?
