The “You’re broken, buy this” sales approach doesn’t work in 2026.
Today’s customer is more educated, more aware, and they know they have options.
Yet, some founders/BDs still slide into your DMs with peak arrogance, right after buying a $100 course from SalesMonsterJack, who promised his 1M followers a 1000x return if they “just follow the script.”
No context. No respect. Not even a proper ask for a call.
Just: “You need this. Pay now.”
A purchase is always an emotional decision, and most certainly a personal one.
Listen. Read between the lines.
Understand the pain point.
Build the connection.
Only then can you pitch.
Gentle reminder: time isn’t linear in how we experience it. It’s algorithmic.
When we’re young, everything is new. New experiences create more memories, so time feels slower and fuller.
As we get older, life becomes more familiar. The brain recognizes patterns, compresses days together, and fewer moments stand out.
The clock doesn’t change, the way we process time does.
That’s why childhood felt slow… and why it seems to speed up as we age.
Why did it happen? It doesn’t matter.
Everything happens for one reason: a lesson to learn.
There is no good or bad. Just a lesson.
And if the lesson isn’t learned, it will happen again,
and again,
until it is.
In all cases, you have already chose the experiences you will go through
to learn certain skills you have always lacked.
Your life is preplanned—by you, for you—to become better.
Every experience you are going through is pre-designed
to help you become better.
The more aware you are, the faster the lesson is learned.
Otherwise, it may take time until you recognize the pattern,
and then you learn.
The purpose?
To grow your soul and become better.
Some founders spend way too much time with their teams solving UI/UX problems that they lose sight of the core problem their product is meant to solve.
What’s the point of a beautifully polished app if it’s ultimately useless?
The only way to truly know whether your product solves a real problem is to spend more time with a sample of your end users, not just with your dev team.
Unfortunately, this has become increasingly rare, especially in Web3.
This is a real milestone.
The UAE just shipped live, customer-initiated Open Finance payments.
This means you can pay directly from your bank account
without having to enter your card numbers, IBANs, or adding beneficiaries.
The customer simply authorizes the payment, and regulated APIs handle the rest.
That’s what Open Finance looks like in practice.
This is how fintech ecosystems actually mature.

The first step towards a truly native web3 experience on physical device.
Im excited for whats coming, the same way I’ve been excited for Solana since $8.
I just like the brand.

@meant Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I’m building a creative Web3 brand called Meant and this handle would be a perfect match. If you’re no longer using the account, would you be open to transferring or releasing it? I’d be happy to make it worth your time. Thanks so much!
