Never book a holiday with @OntheBeachUK and @Ryanair. I have tried to cancel a family holiday as we have just been told my dad has terminal blood cancer and they want to charge an additional £423 to cancel. This is vile behaviour. @DailyMirror @MailOnline @LivEchonews

@Ryanair I have tried to cancel my flight and get a refund multiple times. We have been notified that my dad has terminal blood cancer and we can't fly as we want to spend the last of our time with him. However, the cancellation form keeps disappearing and it's not on my system.

@lpoolcouncil how come no one answers the phone? I have been trying all week and every time I waste hours waiting for an answer. I have emailed twice since the 8th April and no answer and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is why the one stop shops are needed! Sort it out!

@SF_England It’s not linking our accounts so in the meantime they have gave us the minimum amount for the 20-21 year giving my a massive overpayment and put a hold on my 21-22 year! I’ve provided the income but there is no timeframe of when this is going to be fixed 🙄
