well, i just listened to the title track “bad”, both the mv and audio versions.

sorry, i’m going to make some enemies, but i’ve always said what i think on my account and i will continue to do so.

i didn’t think we would get a song this empty. it’s the kind of song you can try to enjoy while watching the performance, but musically speaking, it’s so lacking.

the only thing that stands out to me is wooyoung’s part, which is sung beautifully. the rest, i’m honestly really disappointed.

and sorry, but this “bad” title track isn’t worthy of being the group’s new representative song. they absolutely need to find a balance between their own colors and current trends.

of course, i know perfectly well that you can never satisfy everyone, but it would be a lie to say there hasn’t been a decline in quality in their recent title tracks.

again, my opinion so there’s absolutely no need to jump me 😇 may atz promote beautifully, i will listen to the b-site now hehe

Tô cansada de fingir que o que fizeram com a identidade e sonoridade do Ateez não me incomoda. Não é uma coincidência que o último cb genuinamente bom que eles fizeram foi com Halazia, já que foi o último que teve uma ligação de verdade com a lore.

Desde que eles entraram na era de golden hour, e principalmente no mercado mainstream do kpop no us, o foco da kq é viralizar e fazer dinheiro, sendo que todo o público que o Ateez construiu antes disso, e o que fez com que eles se destacassem, veio justamente dessa diferença gritante que eles tinham como grupo pro mercado do kpop atual.

Só que agora tudo o que a gente escuta deles é mais do mesmo: fama, dinheiro e mulher, e todas as mensagens são rasas e estereotipadas, uma coisa que quem se acostumou com o Ateez de The Movement jamais iria imaginar. É muito frustratante, como fã que conheceu o grupo no que, até o momento, era o melhor do que eles podiam oferecer, ter que se contentar com os últimos dois anos.

De toda a era golden hour não me impressiona que Adrenaline/Nasa tenham se destacado mais num geral, pq é isso que o público espera do Ateez. É uma pena que a kq tenha ligado o foda-se pra toda a carreira deles só pra lucrar o máximo que dá antes do alistamento.
