@ment4lfortress The monitor works on limited power consumption, and at that time, the sound was from the monitor.
So, mine boom boom, boom big sound, big sound big power take take, take big power less power, less power dead.
We simply switched the audio output to save some power for its needs~

At the start of the event, the monitor was configured in such a bad way that every time a mine bomb exploded, the monitor would crash hard.
Not the game crashing, BUT THE MONITOR.
It was hilarious, every, single, time.

@FracDawn Conversely, shaders are more likely to do that. Here, we’re actually changing the resolution rather than faking it, so the pixels are truly pixels! With shaders, the effect is simulated through mathematical tricks; those pixels are not real, which often results in imperfections~

@FracDawn Using shaders to imitate a low-res look is poor practice, since it misses out BIG on SIGNIFICANT and FREE performance gains, live even over 4× higher FPS! I have a script to scale the renderer resolution as low as possible while maintaining the divider height, 360p in this case.
