@sexyz007@Tacos2k7@corythesith@Wario64 I agree with you, but Vanilla WoW are also paying customers. When a game goes into maintenance, they may or may not keep the cash shop open. Also, are they willing to buy anything for a dead game. While server cost isnt much its also not zero. Its cost benefit and they see 0
@sexyz007@Tacos2k7@corythesith@Wario64 Ok, but Warzone keeps up with the current game. So you literally are asking for that whether you realize that or not. However, with GTA coming out, this was the year to do it. I know more then a few people who have been saving up for it and PS5.
@sexyz007@Tacos2k7@corythesith@Wario64 Kinda of. My understanding is, the new tech is a new CoD engine. So while it is still "Warzone" in name, it is pretty much Warzone 2, every had to be ported over. Its like WoW, you cant play retail WoW on a pc you bought when it launched. Game evolves so has too your hardware
@sexyz007@corythesith@Wario64 That can be very hard depending on what you want. Do you want ongoing development? Or just maintenance? How many people are still playing the game on said console because they will not be playing with the rest of us. How much are they spending vs cost to do it.
@sexyz007@corythesith@Wario64 My understanding is, there is new tech in the new CoD. That tech is supposed to come to warzone. If the old gen can handle the new tech, its hold the game back and they have to go. Shit, but it happens.
