In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.
I know I've talked about it quite a bit recently. But I gotta be honest I am genuinely so fucking sick of seeing AI slop.
It's fucking EVERYWHERE. I'm sick of hearing AI voices, AI food, AI ads, AI fonts, AI summaries, AI accounts. It's so intrusive and repetitive.
We need an “I never want to see AI generated content again” button. Not a vague “not interested” that makes the algorithm guess. Give us a proper AI filter that actually removes synthetic images, videos and posts from our feeds.
I wish liberals and leftists would understand that ANY genAI usage is unethical, and not just "okay within these parameters because it's still useful to me"
The entire point of the anti-AI movement is that we don't want to rationalize it's existence so that it is destroyed.
harsh truth that might be controversial here
but IF your are somebody that’s negative, every single day, it does get to a point where you start to negatively impact the people around you emotionally, it does become exhausting and it’s okay for those people to need to step back
the most underrated act of kindness is letting people be. let them mispronounce a word, talk too much about a show they love, or get excited about something you don't understand. everyone has something that lights them up. let them shine, even if it's not your thing.
Idk maybe it’s just me but I think if your doctor prescribes you a medication your insurance shouldn’t be able to be like lol no I don’t think you need it ☺️
I avoid eggshell type of relationships, can't express yourself, can't be yourself, can't be straight forward, can't be comfortable, can't talk like adults, can't be heard, can't respond with love without it turning into something negative..
You gotta maintain a lightness to your heart because turning into a bitter loser obsessed with how people have done you wrong is the most off-putting and unrewarding way a person can choose to be
