The solar inverter replacement was delivered to their local warehouse on 9/15 and they have still not made updates to their systems to I can schedule for service in Tesla app! The part is just sitting in there!

It seems to be another blackhole where I fill all information and nobody from Tesla is responsible to respond to me in timely manner.

No response from @teslaenergy Customer support for days.. Even when they respond, they just give next date.. This is the worst experience ever. I regret going with @Tesla for my solar..

@teslaenergy Customer service keeps telling me that warehouse manager in Vista, CA needs to allocate the part to my account since last 7-8 days.
Does it really take that long to make a simple update in system? My solar is down for months now & I am losing money on generation! :(

@USAndIndia This is really great. Please also consider removing the appointment requirements for documents dropoffs. It does not make sense to have applicants book an appointment which are hard to come by while enabling them to renew visas through interview waiver program.
