Congratulations to Pemenang, especially Tan Sri Yusof Latif, who plans to bring 10,000 Malay families back to Penang Island. The idea of creating a new Malay enclave in George Town to resettle the Malays who had migrated to the mainland and other places is brilliant and far-sighted

Many factors caused many Malay families to leave the town areas. The high cost of living was one. But other socioeconomic factors made them leave.

Responsible Malay community leaders such as leaders of religious groups, UrbanDeveloment authority and others need to work harder to realise the dream of giving Georgetown a fresher look that reflects the true identity of the state

Wakaf lands held by Religious authorities are available for development into Malay enclaves, similar to the plan in Penang in many other towns and urban sites in the country

All we need is a mindset change among Malay Muslim leaders, both hereditary and elected. Please focus on the economic improvement of the Muslim community and develop wakaf lands and other abandoned lands. Help rebuild Kampung Baru and places in Melaka and Johor Bharu so the image of our cities truly reflects the people of the country

Loads of rubbish news flood our media nowadays: the suspension of an MP who is a whistleblower, the defection of MPs who are now not defectors, and the need for cyberbullying laws just because of one unfortunate incident. They are all news about ego and about the plan to curb essential freedom

Leaders who only think of themselves unfortunately made the news. Thank God we have Penang Malay leaders like Yusoff Latif and others who are doing something good and tangible for the community

Rogue arbitrator Gonzalo Stampa has been found guilty of contempt of court and has been sentenced by the Spanish courts to six months in prison together with a ban from practising as an arbitrator for a year.

The efforts by this Kerajaan Madani in addressing and putting a stop to the Sulu Fraud has not been in vain. We persist in the fight for justice, and will continue our efforts to annul the Final Award.

Had a look at the proof of concept (POC) pilot project for 3D printed dentures at Klinik Pergigian Bandar Botanik, Klang today. With this, 300 dentures can be completed per month at the clinic compared to only 90 now. Project is also being carried out at Klinik Pergigian KL.
