but they said they cant proceed without entering Religion & Caste
There is no “Skip” or “Not Applicable” option
If a customer identifies with neither , does that mean they cant open an account with Canara Bank ?

If these details are required , what is their purpose ? And for those who dont identify with any religion or caste , why isnt there an option such as "No Religion" or "Not Applicable" ?
