Passport renewal application stuck with no progress for more than a month now.
The status says Print Initiated for more than 4 weeks now. Not sure how long it takes to print. Very disappointed with the service.

@MEAIndia @passportsevamea - applied for my kid's pp renewal on 5/30 and from 6/1 the status shows police verification initiated, though submitted an aadhar copy in the police station, still there is no movement in the status. We have to travel back and need to get pp ASAP.

@rpobengaluru @DrSJaishankar @PMOIndia have scheduled appt today at 3pm for my kid passport renewal. Still haven’t got our turn. What is the use of taken online appt ? Also Shimoga branch timing starts at 9:30AM but looks officers won’t turn in per scheduled time.
