ग्रेजुएशन से पहले बच्चा इन्वेस्टमेंट के बारे में जान जाएगा तो उसको कोई मासी का लड़का या मामा की लड़की जबरदस्ती रिलेशन के आधार पर जीवन बीमा पालिसी नहीं चिपका के जा पायेगी !
वो बच्चा ये पूछने की स्थति में होगा कि मुझे टर्म प्लान क्यूँ नहीं दे रहे हो , मुझे क्रिटिकल इलनेस का राइडर क्यूँ नहीं दे रहे हो , मुझे अभी से रिटायरमेंट प्लान क्यूँ नहीं सजेस्ट कर रहे हो , मुझे ये ३-४% वाला एंडोमेंट प्लान क्यूँ चिपका रहे हो क्यूँकि इसमें आपको 40% कमीशन मिलने वाला है ! वो बच्चा अपनी पहली इनकम से ही म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड में एस आई पी शुरू कर देगा , म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड एजेंट भी उसे वो प्लान नहीं बेच पायेगा जो कंपनी टारगेट पूरा करने पर उस एजेंट को विदेश भेजने वाली है , वो बच्चा ख़ुद बताएगा कि किस कंपनी और फण्ड मैनेजर की स्मॉल कैप स्कीम लेनी है , किसकी मिडकैप स्कीम लेनी है और लार्ज कैप में तो वो ख़ुद ही सीधा इक्विटी में निवेश करने में सक्षम होगा , उसे तब तक इतनी बुद्धि तो आ ही चुकी होगी कि रिलायंस , टीसीएस ,आईटीसी, ब्रिटानिया , आईसीआईसीआई बैंक जैसे शेयरों में निवेश करने के लिए इसे म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड मैनेजर की कहाँ जरूरत है !
मेरे इस विचार को अच्छा लगे तो अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाओ , कोई भी अपने बच्चे के लिए ऐसा कर पाये तो उसे फ़ायदा ही मिलेगा
3 simple techniques to stop rumination:
1. Name the Thought:
When thoughts start looping, silently label them.
Remembering.
Worrying.
Planning.
This creates a small distance between you and the thought.
Instead of being inside the thought, you start observing it.
Very often the thought loses its intensity.
2. The 5–4–3–2–1 Method:
This is very effective when anxiety or overthinking starts.
Notice:
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel (chair, clothes, floor etc)
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
This immediately pulls the brain back into the present sensory world.
Rumination weakens because it cannot compete with real sensory input.
3. Single Next Step
When the mind worries about the future, ask only one question:
“What is the next small step I can take right now?”
Not the whole solution.
Just the next step.
Peace is not found by controlling the past or future.
It appears when the mind returns to where life is actually happening, the present moment.

पण मुळात एकाच ठिकाणी बिघाड असतो.
तो म्हणजे Metabolism (शरीराचं आतलं कामकाज).
चला, अगदी सोप्या शब्दांत समजून घेऊया.
Metabolism का बिघडतो? (वस्तुस्थिती)
1 सतत बसून राहणं (Sedentary lifestyle बसणं जास्त, हालचाल कमी)
शरीर हलत नाही तेव्हा muscles sugar वापरत नाहीत.
Sugar रक्तातच राहते, insulin जास्त लागतो,
आणि हळूहळू insulin resistance तयार होते.
2 Late heavy meals रात्री उशिराचं जेवण)
रात्री शरीर repair आणि clean-up मोडमध्ये असतं.
उशिरा, जड जेवण केलं की शरीर fat साठवायला भाग पाडलं जातं.
याचा परिणाम वजन, sugar आणि cholesterol वर होतो.
3 दिवसभर थोडंथोडं खात राहणं (Frequent snacking)
शरीराला कधीच “rest” मिळत नाही.
Insulin सतत स्रवतो आणि metabolism गोंधळतो.
भूक, sugar आणि fat control सगळं बिघडायला लागतं.
4 झोपेचा गोंधळ (Poor sleep / कमी किंवा विस्कळीत झोप)
झोप ही luxury नाही, ती metabolic गरज आहे.
झोप कमी झाली की appetite hormones, sugar control, BP सगळं ढासळतं.
“झोप कमी, आजार जास्त” हे सरळ गणित आहे.
5 सततचा ताण (Chronic stress - मनावरचा ताण)
Stress hormones शरीराला “survival mode” मध्ये ठेवतात.
त्या अवस्थेत fat साठवणं वाढतं, sugar नियंत्रण सुटतं.
Stress म्हणजे फक्त मानसिक नाही , तो metabolic problem आहे.
6 साखर आणि पांढरी पीठं (Sugar & refined carbs , गोड, मैदा, बेकरी items )
हे पदार्थ “ऊर्जा” देत नाहीत ,
ते शरीरावर अचानक sugar load टाकतात.
Metabolism गोंधळतो, fat liver, diabetes, cholesterol यांची सुरुवात इथूनच होते.
(सरळ शब्दांत: हे खाल्लं की शरीर गोंधळून जातं की काय करावं कळत नाही.)
7 दिवसभर हालचाल कमी (Low daily movement - NEAT कमी)
Exercise केला तरी उरलेले 23 तास बसून गेले, तर उपयोग मर्यादित.
Metabolism रोज चालतो , आठवड्यातून नाही.
दिवसभर हलणं हे metabolism साठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचं.
8 फक्त report बघून इलाज (Report-based thinking)
Sugar, BP, cholesterol हे फक्त numbers आहेत.
खरं प्रश्न आहे तो शरीर आतून कसं काम करतंय?
Metabolism न सुधारता report सुधारत नाहीत, टिकत नाहीत.
25+ वर्षांचा अनुभव काय सांगतो?
हे आजार वेगवेगळे नाहीत.
हे सगळे एकाच बिघडलेल्या metabolism चे वेगवेगळे आवाज आहेत.
एक औषध वाढवलं की प्रश्न सुटत नाही.
Metabolism सुधारला, तर सगळे reports आपोआप सुधारायला लागतात.
काही वेळा lifestyle व्यवस्थित असूनही metabolism बिघडतो , तेव्हा underlying कारण शोधणं गरजेचं असतं.

कुछ समय बाद आपके email पर download link आ जाएगा आप पूरा data phone या laptop में save कर सकते हैं उसके बाद Drive और Photos से वही files हटा दीजिए
Result साफ है data भी सुरक्षित account भी खाली और Gmail फिर से normal चलने लगता है

200 MA is rising for at least 3 months

The stock should have made a 52-week high at least once every 4 to 6 months

Stocks moving up with good volume and then falling with lower volume (consolidating) is good

Volatility Contraction Pattern (VCP)
To calculate volatility contraction, divide swing low by swing high then -1 gives the % drop in volatility
There should be ideally 3 VCP
Each time volatility should decrease by ideally 50% (not a hard rule)
Buy when the previous swing high is taken out
With volatility, there is also time contraction which is very similar to price contraction
Take a stock for 2 VCP only if the second contraction is more than 70%
Stop Loss Calculation
Plot 20-period ATR on daily chart
Calculate 2× of the above value
Use this value as your stop loss
Use maximum of 10% as stop loss
