#WATCH | Leh, Ladakh | On alleged Ayodhya Ram Mandir donations embezzlement case, Dr. Raju V Manwani, Chairman & Managing Director, Castles Group Of Companies says, "On behalf of the entire Sindhi community, 200 silver bricks made each weighing one kilogram and were handed over to Champat Rai in Ayodhya on January 26, 2021 for the Ram Temple. We didn't receive a receipt at the time; he said they would first check and decide where and how to use it, and then inform us. We never seriously questioned whether it would go to the temple or elsewhere. However, after watching the news we began to worry—had our silver ended up in the wrong place? That is why we appealed for a receipt and information on where the silver was utilised... If the silver wasn't used for the temple, it is deeply distressing; if a donation intended for the temple is diverted elsewhere, it affects future donors... At the time we donated, the silver was worth around Rs 1.5 to Rs 2 crore; today, its value is Rs 6 to Rs 7 crore. People certainly have the right to ask about the donations they made. Since nothing is impossible under the leadership of Modi and Yogi, if an SIT has been constituted, then at the very least, the culprits who misused this power should be punished..."

पद्मविभूषण आशाताई भोसलेंच्या निधनाचा शोकप्रस्ताव मांडताना, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री. राहुल नार्वेकर यांनी ज्या पद्धतीने मराठी भाषेची चिरफाड केली आणि कागदावर लिहून दिलेलं मराठी पण त्यांना वाचता येत नाही हे पाहून संताप, उद्वेग दोन्ही दाटून आला. वाचण्या आधी त्या कागदातून भेळ खाल्ली होती का यांनी ?

नार्वेकरांनी हा प्रस्ताव स्वाहिली अथवा हिब्रू भाषेत मांडला असता तरी चाललं असता कारण त्यांचं मराठी पण कळलं नाही आणि स्वाहिली, हिब्रू तसं पण कोणालाच कळत नाही. बरं अजून एक शोकांतिका म्हणजे नार्वेकर, दीनानाथ मंगेशकरांचा उल्लेख दीनदयाल मंगेशकर करत होते आणि वाट्टेल तसं मराठी वाचून दाखवत होते त्यावेळेस सभागृहात उपस्थित एकाही आमदाराला आक्षेप नोंदवावासा वाटला नाही. नार्वेकरांना ना दीनानाथ मंगेशकर माहित आहेत ना दीनदयाळ उपाध्याय माहित आहेत.
भाजपने जी काही खोगीरभरती सुरु केली आहे त्यात त्यांची अवस्था तेलही गेलं, तूपही गेलं, हाती आलं धुपाटणे अशी झाली आहे.

सभागृहात नक्की कोण उपस्थित होतं माहित नाही पण अनेक ज्येष्ठ आमदार इथे असणार हे नक्की त्यांच्यापैकी एकानेही विरोध दर्शवला नाही ? सभागृहात श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस उपस्थित होते का माहित नाही, पण असते तरी मला वाटत नाही त्यांना काही फरक पडला असेल. गुलाबी आंखे जो तेरी देखी सारखी अनेक गाणी ( स्वतः निर्माण केलेल्या बेसुरात) म्हणणाऱ्या फडणवीसांना आज आपल्या राज्यात विधानसभेत कोणत्या महान व्यक्तीला आपण श्रद्धांजली अर्पण करणार आहोत आणि त्याचं गांभीर्य काय असतं हे समजायला हवं होतं ! पण त्यांच म्हणणं सोपं आहे, सांगितलेली फोडाफोडीची कामं होत आहेत ना बरोबर , अधिवेशनाचा उपचार पूर्ण होत आहे ना ? बस झालं. दीनदयाल मंगेशकर म्हणो की दीनानाथ चौहान म्हणो काय फरक पडतो. शोकप्रस्ताव पण एक उपचारच आहे जो पार पडला. महाराष्ट्रातील आधीच्या, आताच्या पिढ्या हे पाहात आहेत आणि हे रेकॉर्ड झालेले सभापतींचे भाषण पुढच्या पिढ्या पाहतील याचं भान आणि जाणीव दोन्हीही नाही ? माणूस शिक्षित असला पाहीजे पण त्यापेक्षा तो सुज्ञ असला पाहिजे याची जाणीव मुख्यमंत्री सभापतींना करून देणार आहेत का नाही ?

आणि श्री. एकनाथ शिंदेंना पण याच्याशी घेणंदेणं असण्याचं काहीच कारण नाही. मराठी भाषेबद्दलच्या अभ्यासाचं त्यांचं विमान पंन्नास हजार फुटावरून चाललंय म्हणून त्यांचा पण दूर दूर पर्यंत संबंध नाही ! ही अवस्था आहे आज आपल्या महाराष्ट्राची. महाराष्ट्र विधानसभेच्या अध्यक्षाला समोरच्या कागदावर लिहिलेलं मराठी वाचता येत नाही, ते सभागृह मराठी भाषेविषयी काय आस्था बाळगणार किंवा मराठीची गळचेपी होत आहे म्हणून काय कारवाई करणार?

या सभागृहाला अध्यक्ष म्हणून गणेश वासुदेव माळवणकर लाभले जे पुढे लोकसभेचे पहिले अध्यक्ष झाले. नार्वेकर ज्या अलिबागमधून येतात त्या अलिबागचे दत्तात्रय काशिनाथ कुंटे विधानसभेचे अध्यक्ष होते, अरुणभाई गुजराथी होते, बाळासाहेब भारदे होते, अगदी आत्ता आता अध्यक्ष असलेले दिलीप वळसे पाटील होते. अशी अध्यक्षांची परंपरा कुठे आणि सध्याची काय ही अवस्था ? कधीकधी विधिमंडळाच्या कामकाजाचं चित्रण समोर येतं ते ऐकावंसं आणि बघावसं पण वाटत नाही इतकं सुमार पद्धतीने सुरु आहे.

आपल्या भाषेची गळचेपी ही हिंदी लादून केंद्राकडून सुरु आहे, ती राज्यात येणाऱ्या परप्रांतीयांकडून सुरु आहे आणि राज्याच्या विधिमंडळाकडून पण सुरु आहे याचं सगळ्यात जास्त वाईट वाटतं, चीड येते.

काल नार्वेकरांनी आशाताईंच्या निधनाचा नाही तर मराठी भाषेच्या निधनाचा शोकप्रस्ताव मांडला आणि त्यावर एकाही सदस्याने ब्र देखील न काढून या शोकप्रस्तावाला जणू संमतीच दिली. मराठी माणसाने विचार करावा की काय पद्धतीची माणसं आणि सरकार आपण निवडून देत आहोत.

महाराष्ट्राच्या विधानसभेत मराठी भाषेला रस्त्यावर सांडून नार्वेकरांनी त्यावर आपला बेजबाबदार बुलडोझर फिरवल्याबद्दल आणि शब्दशः धिंडवडे काढणाऱ्या या वृत्तीचा महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेतर्फे निषेध !
