You can drive between, and out of, each "zone" freely, with no restrictions, you just can't always drive in the city centre.

They specifically restrict flow in high traffic areas, they don't prevent movement.

Oxford instituted traffic calming measures that prevent you from driving through specific choke points at specific times of the days with "passes" for local residents. The chokes don't even divide the city into zones lmfao.

@katiemoore1913 @jimthegiant The "access permits" have nothing to do with 15 minute cities. They're specifically a traffic calming measure to stop certain streets becoming cut throughs for cars. They do not prevent you from leaving your local area.
