@DecryptSim At the end of the day all that matters is liquidity and funding. If regulation force us to move away from crypto and only blockchain startups get funding. They will attract the best talent and it will just be a never ending cycle of the rich getting richer.

@astraightflush @Nakamotolisk Everyone thinks recession on the way. Majority always wrong. I think probability is soft landing and recession is happening now. Job market strong = soft landing. Tech/ high cost service sector hit the hardest but gained the most the past 2 years.

@realEstateTrent The answer is “We Work” I truly believed “We Work” was just ran poorly but the idea was innovative. Especially in todays climate, I think co working spaces is the future and really it’s just the evolution of commercial real estate.
