I have never lost a four-leaf clover hunt.
Not once.
Not since I was a child.

10 kids, one hour.
Me: 5 or 6.
Second place: 1.
Everyone else: zero.
Every single time.

Yesterday, the park with my kid.
30 minutes, two clovers.

Before picking the second one, I took a photo.

In that photo, it's right there — unmistakably four leaves, still growing.
Can you find it?
(I think it's relatively easy.)

I'll also attach the "after" photo — the four-leaf on the left is the one from today.

Then I learned: four-leaf clovers supposedly appear only once in 5,000.
But I've never searched more than 30 minutes without finding one.
I haven't looked at 5,000 stems.
Not even close.

So here's my theory: that number is a lie of averages.
The trick isn't luck.
It's believing one is always there.
And hunting for the anomaly.
For those moments, I become a radiologist.
Searching for the single stem that feels "somehow off."

I'm not special.

I just believe, and I pay attention.
