📌 Tamil Nadu government has cancelled ₹246 crore worth of commercial complex projects that were to be built using temple funds and has announced that temple money will instead be used for religious activities.

A welcome decision. Temple funds should serve the needs of temples, devotees, and Dharma; not commercial or non-religious projects.

Governments across India should follow this model and ensure temple wealth is used exclusively for religious purposes.
