I am travelling DELHI-DUBAI on 14sept.. In my ticket baggage allowance is 30kgs.
I have 2x23kgs bags. Total=46kgs. So 30kgs will be free and I have to pay for 16kgs ? Am i right ?

as per new rule, from 5sept. fully vaccinated people can enter abu dhabi without quarantine.
I am from India, i am fully vaccinated with covishield, can i enter AUH with tourist visa ?
