But CPGRAMS saved the day & forced them to penalize corrupt 'Maa Bhawani Foods' pantry. RailMadad is a scam, CPGRAMS is the real power! ❌✊
A boy at Kalyan railway station went to drop his family for a 12 PM train. It got delayed to 2 PM, then kept getting pushed further.
He stayed back with a valid platform ticket and finally helped them board around 5 PM. As he was leaving, a TTI checked his ticket, said it was valid only for 2 hours, and fined him ₹500.
His question was simple: when the delay is caused by the railway, why should a passenger be penalized?
Now the debate is clear. If trains are delayed, should platform ticket rules still apply so strictly?

Premium Tatkal by paying fare 4 times above the normal. The train is late by 3 h 40 mins. If Railways as a service provider 50% of the key responsibility is to reach the destination then the remaining 50% is to reach the destination ON TIME. TDR file

They will justify giving reason like cattle run over, technical reasons, or customer safety. My advice is to escalate this to @RailMinIndia .. let them track numbers of escalation.
