says Amartya Sen; adds Bangladesh
is secular;

Amartya Sen’s essay published by the Bangladeshi newspaper The Daily Star is a laugh riot. He praises Bangladesh for being ‘secular’ and West Bengal for ‘rejecting Hindutva’.

“The Hindutva movement that stormed over a huge part of India over the last couple of decades did not get any serious popular response at all in West Bengal. There are many different reasons for this (including the burying of the sectarian hatchet by the force of contemporary — intensely secular — Bengali politics), but the Hindutva movement's ‘localist’ passion for claiming and glorifying indigenous roots of all Indian achievements had no significant resonance in Bengal.”

In brief, he lauds Mamata Banerjee’s corrupt, criminal and communal politics as “intensely secular”. If that’s what ‘secular’ means then it is a four-letter word. When the British saw that this 25-year-old boy was not giving up, they forcibly tried to feed him milk by inserting a tube into his nose. The tube went into his lungs instead of his esophagus.

The milk filled his lungs. He continued to suffer, vomiting blood, but he did not break his fast.

On September 13, 1929, a revolutionary died in Lahore jail. 63 days... yes, 63 days without eating a single grain of food.

In the pages of history, we often talk about Bhagat Singh's hanging, but forgot the companion who died in Bhagat Singh's arms.

Today we are talking about 'Yatindra Nath Das', known to the world as 'Jatin Da'.

 He was a bomb maker by profession, but his own body became his weapon.

If he wanted, he could have apologized, he could have eaten. But he had only one demand: "Stop treating Indian political prisoners like animals."

The British thought hunger would break him. But they didn't know that his body was made of steel, not clay.

When Jatin Da's condition began to deteriorate, the British crossed all limits of cruelty. The prison doctor and guards pinned him down. A tube was inserted through his nose. He screamed in pain, but his resolve remained unshaken.

When news of his martyrdom broke, the entire nation wept.

It is said that when his body was being transported from Lahore to Calcutta, thousands of people stood at every station with flowers. More than 600,000 people attended his funeral in Calcutta.

Subhash Chandra Bose himself shouldered his mortal remains.

But today? How many people today remember that 63-day penance?

As he lay dying, Jatin Da said, "I am not a saint, I am just an ordinary man willing to die for the dignity of his country."

Whether independence came with the spinning wheel or without swords and shields is a matter of debate. But it is true that the decayed bones of young men like Jatin Da are embedded in the foundation of independence.

We did not get this freedom for free; someone sacrificed 63 days of their youth by fasting for it.

It is the duty of every Indian to know the price of the air they breathe.

Share this information so that future generations can know who the real 'heroes' were.

The pieces are falling into place, and none of it is accidental.

Akhilesh Yadav slips off to London. Rahul Gandhi is abroad almost every 15 days. CJP’s chief spokesperson Saurav Das publicly announces Abhijeet Dipke’s Delhi landing on June 6 at 8 AM, with Sonam Wangchuk waiting to receive him. Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan, Kapil Sibal, Salim, all aligned, all pushing one agenda, put GenZ on the streets.

This is a manufactured uprising being choreographed from outside India’s borders, with local assets executing the script on the ground. The target is clear, destabilise the Modi government and derail the NDA’s agenda for India.

And make no mistake about their motive. This ecosystem has only one goal, remove Modi from power and seize control of India by any means necessary. They do not care what it costs the nation. If India bleeds economically, if institutions are weakened, if social fabric tears apart, none of that matters to them. Power is the only prize they are chasing, and they are willing to burn India down to get there.

But the plan is already cracking. West Bengal and Assam rejected this ecosystem at the ballot box. The conspiracy is half buried. The rest is coming.
