took 9 years just to notify EA Directorates RR after CR2013.
RR for Directorate inspector not notified till date in 10 years. DGPM not giving promotion & commissionerate cadre got OTR

@drmmumbaicr @RailwaySeva In none of the local racks.. I am travelling since last 6 years in CR. In six years never seen exhaust/ventilation is ever kept ON. Kindly inatruct all motorman to keep it ON pls.. If defective get it repaired..
