@airtelindia Broadband has been down now for over 15 hours in a city like Mumbai. In an era of remote work where Broadband is not a luxury but a necessity, how does one justify this? What is the compensation for this deficiency of service?

@TRAI doesn’t the consumer have any protection from such service deficiencies? The bill raised will be for full month when almost 24 hours of outage.
