@OlaElectric@bhash My scooter completely broke down due to a sudden battery failure and has been at your service centre since 31 Oct. For 60 days, I have received no clear update, no delivery timeline, and no accountability despite repeated follow-ups.
@bhash Fix your service first, a basic service takes 2 months, like we purchased the scooter to keep at the service centre. Your company is nothing but gimmick.

@OlaElectric@bhash My scooter's faulty battery was replaced two months ago, which took Ola two months to do. Now, again, after two months due to the battery fault, the scooter died on Friday, November 3rd, 24. An RSA request was raised on the same day.
So what about the #HyperService promises? Where is the backup scooter? Where are Ola Caps coupons? a person purchases a scooter for a daily commute, "NOT TO KEEP THE SCOOTER AT SERVICE CENTER FOR INDEFINITE TIME". It's now turned out to be a punishment for owning Ola Scooter!!
