Why did I do this?
After watching for several months from 6000 miles away, I was offended by the fact that former federal prosecutors in Big Law weren't stepping forward to help.
There was no shortage of defense attorneys for GITMO terrorists.
But they stayed in their offices worried about how their corporate clients might react if they stepped forward to help the deplorables.
It made me embarrassed for my former colleagues.
And that made me mad.
That's why.
Harrison Ford is 82 years old, but he gave one of the best performances of his life in the latest season of Shrinking. Like where did this come from? Similar to De Niro, Ford’s late-stage work astonishes me. He’s still so sharp & still has so much endurance in his 80s. A legend.
@DominicJPino@charlescwcooke Automation killed manufacturing jobs, you Luddite nitwit. I’ve worked in industrial manufacturing since 1971. There are very few “steelworkers” in a mill.
@politicalmath Imagine that NY pols decide Buffalo lake effect snow is an exacerbated by global warming so they spend all their resources on solar panels and wind mills instead of snow removal equipment.
@jhensonpogue Trump is an idiot on this topic but let’s not forget the Newsom geniuses who have sacrificed hundreds of billions on ersatz high speed rail at the altar of climate change hysteria as well.
@ClayTravis Powerful, uplifting message on a personal level that also confirms that he and his progeny have no clue how rebuild Cowboys into competitive relevance
@LouStagner Just a hunch that one would be likely to outperform the average putting when hitting exactly the same length putt on similar greens 72 times.
@jimgeraghty Guessing that Hunter and Dr Jill have an exact hostage-like number in mind. 10 figures and it’s a done deal. 8 figures and they’re still playing chicken.
@CorieWhalen Do not forget that Obama had filibuster proof Senate and HOR majority in 2009. They could have passed national abortion bill in a week. Why didn’t they? Keep the money coming in and stoke fear during election season. Always follow the money
@JonahDispatch Trump is irredeemable POS that I’ve happily voted against twice. But I’ll vote for him this year if DNC cannot muster the courage to retire Biden. It’s that transactionally simple.
@yashar Trump is an irredeemable POS who never should have been president in the first place. Did not vote for him in 2016/2020 election cycles but I will reluctantly do so if Biden is the alternative. Harris is experienced, qualified, and electable. No brainer.
@stuartpstevens Actually, the people were right in 1992. He was a remains an incorrigible POS. Years later, Trump thought that a country who elected that scoundrel might portend well for his chances. Character matters most.
