Step 2) - Please ask Mohan Bhagwat to give the Police in writing that he won’t say anything controversial in anyway to anyone living/dead or unborn. The speech would not include Cultural, Religious & Political content. Nothing about Language, Food or any Historical Figure living/dead or unborn.

Step 3) - Acknowledge the deceleration. However on the date you’re currently scheduled we don’t have enough police recourses to control the protestors & ensure audience safety.

Step 4) - Statement by Mohan Bhagwat “The Miscreants have threatened the safety of our audience & the venue. They are wrongly accusing me of being Anti-National. However in the interest of audience safety the event has been postponed. We will get back with a fresh date at the earliest”

Step 5) - On every date the venue is available for the next 5 years

🚨STATEMENT

We are deeply concerned by multiple reports reaching us of students and other protestors being targeted, detained, or arrested by various state agencies, particularly in Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar.

The Cockroach Janta Party had called off its nationwide protest only after the Government of India assured us that no punitive action would be taken against any protestor, either now or in the future, in any BJP-ruled or NDA-ruled states. The reports emerging from these states are therefore a matter of grave concern.

First, we wish to assure every protestor that our legal team is already coordinating with brilliant lawyers in the concerned states to secure the release of those detained and to extend all possible legal assistance. This has been happening from Day 1.

Second, we call upon the Government of India, particularly @JPNadda ji and @DrJitendraSingh ji, to immediately honour the assurance given to us by ensuring the release of those detained and by directing that no coercive or retaliatory action is taken against any protestor anywhere in the country. The FIRs registered ought to be withdrawn too.

The Government of India is also reminded of its commitment to furnish us the written guarantee in this regard by tomorrow, Tuesday, 28 July 2026.

Our decision to suspend the nationwide protest was taken in good faith and solely on the basis of the government’s assurance that it would stand by its word. Any departure from that assurance would not merely amount to a breach of trust with the Cockroach Janta Party but would also be a breach of public trust with lakhs of young Indians who chose dialogue over protests.

Such breach of trust will be completely unacceptable to the youth.

The Government of India is reminded that it derives credibility not from just making a promise, but from the promises they honour.

To the young protestors we say, hold on. We are with you. The CJP continues to closely monitor the situation and expects the Government of India and all BJP/NDA state governments to act with utmost urgency, responsibility, and good faith that the present circumstances demand. We demand that all detainees/arrestees be released immediately, and in any case by tomorrow, and that all FIRs be withdrawn immediately, failing which we shall take further necessary steps.

आज बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में कुछ असाधारण हुआ।

एक जज ने वह कहा — जो शायद ही कभी किसी अदालत ने इतनी साफगोई से कहा हो।

जस्टिस माधव जामदार ने कहा — "नागरिकों को भारत सरकार का गुलाम बनाया जा रहा है। वे प्रदर्शन नहीं कर सकते, आंदोलन नहीं कर सकते — यह क्या है?"

मामला क्या था

Socialist Democratic Party of India के महासचिव सईद अहमद अब्दुल वहीद चौधरी CAA और ज्ञानवापी विवाद के खिलाफ मोर्चे और धरने आयोजित कर रहे थे।

मुंबई पुलिस ने उन्हें एक साल के लिए जिला बदर कर दिया — पांच FIR के आधार पर जो ज़्यादातर सरकार विरोधी प्रदर्शनों के लिए थीं।

जस्टिस जामदार ने यह आदेश देखा।

और आगबबूला हो गए।

जज ने जो कहा — वह इतिहास में दर्ज होगा

"याचिकाकर्ता ने तो सिर्फ 'BJP Government Murdabad', 'Amit Shah Murdabad' जैसे नारे लगाए। नागरिक ऐसे नारे क्यों नहीं लगा सकते? ऐसे नारों के लिए जिला बदर आदेश क्यों?"

"पुलिस मुख्यमंत्री या प्रधानमंत्री की सेवक नहीं है — वे जनसेवक हैं। मैं आपके अधिकारियों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाऊंगा।"

"अगर लोग विरोध करें तो आप केस थोप देंगे — यह क्या है? नागरिकों का प्रदर्शन करना उनका अधिकार है।"

और फिर — "वॉशिंग मशीन" वाली टिप्पणी

जस्टिस जामदार ने महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में चल रहे "horse-trading" पर भी टिप्पणी की।

उन्होंने कहा — "एक 10 साल के बच्चे की दुर्घटना में मौत हो गई और राज्य विधानसभा में चर्चा हो रही थी कि Presiding Officer कैसे चुना जाए और वह एक पार्टी से दूसरी पार्टी में कैसे shift हो गया। पूरे महाराष्ट्र में horse-trading चल रही है — केस बदलने पर विचार करें, वॉशिंग मशीन है।"

फैसला

जस्टिस जामदार ने अपने आदेश में लिखा — "सरकार के फैसलों का विरोध करने और उसके खिलाफ नारे लगाने मात्र से किसी नागरिक को जिला बदर नहीं किया जा सकता। यह कार्रवाई दुर्भावनापूर्ण है और संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19 और 21 के तहत मौलिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन है।"

जिला बदर आदेश रद्द।

यह फैसला इतना बड़ा क्यों है

आज के भारत में —

जहाँ असहमति को देशद्रोह कहा जाता है।

जहाँ विरोध प्रदर्शन पर UAPA लगाया जाता है।

जहाँ "BJP मुर्दाबाद" कहने पर जिला बदर किया जाता है।

एक जज ने खड़े होकर कहा — नागरिक गुलाम नहीं हैं।

पुलिस प्रधानमंत्री की नौकर नहीं है।

विरोध करना — अधिकार है।

यह फैसला नज़ीर है।

Sir. I think maybe I speak for a small but valid percentage of India when I say couldn’t care less what the congress did anymore. Let it go. India moved on. They are not in power for their deeds. Jayaraj kept his mobile shop open past 9pm during lockdown.

Police came. Took him away.

His son Bennix heard about it and rushed to the station to check on his father.

They let him in.

Then locked the door.

Both were stripped. Tied down on a wooden table. Beaten with lathis every 10 minutes through the night.

Their blood splattered the walls.

The next morning police took them to a doctor who gave them a fitness certificate.

Then to a magistrate who remanded them to jail without even looking at them properly.

Bennix died on June 22. Jayaraj died on June 23.

Yesterday a court found all 9 police officers guilty of murder.

अब जब जापान की एंबेसी तस्वीरें पोस्ट कर देगी तो फिर तो योगी आदित्यनाथ के हैंडल से भी पोस्ट होना ही था।

सो योगी आदित्यनाथ के हैंडल ने भी इस पर मुहर लगा दी है।

जो तस्वीरें सिंगापुर में नहीं आ सकीं, वे जापान आते ही प्रकट हो गईं।

जो यात्रा कमर्शियल फ्लाइट्स से हो सकती थी, वो अद्भुत लग्जरी बिजनेस जेट से की जा रही है।

जो किराया कमर्शियल फ्लाइट में लाखों में होना था, वो करोड़ों में खर्च हो रहा है।

प्रति घंटे किराया ही लाखों में हैं। प्रतिदिन की पार्किंग का खर्च गगनचुंबी है। कुल मिलाकर 6 दिन के लिए करोड़ों का खर्च!

और इसके बाद धर्म, अध्यात्म, तप, त्याग, तितीक्षा और मठ वापिस चले जाने का ऐसा ज्ञान,

कि वैदिक ऋषि-मुनियों की आत्माएं भी दोनो हाथ जोड़कर कर उठें- त्राहिमाम-त्राहिमाम!!
