Ministry of Defence has once again demonstrated its trust in the Government e Marketplace (GeM) portal by placing orders worth an astounding ₹50k Crore GMV in this fiscal year alone!

The first ₹25k Crore in the current fiscal year was accomplished in 7 months, with an order volume of 6,25,643, while the subsequent ₹25k Crore in less than 05 months, with an order volume of 7,85,670.

MoD has consistently adopted #GeM for all its procurement needs, leading as one of the top procurers on the portal.

MoD crossed the first ₹50k Crore milestone in GeM GMV with an impressive order volume of 39,93,432 in 5½ years of GeM’s inception.

In just 11 months since, it crossed another ₹50k Crore in GeM GMV with an order volume of 16,06,724.
