@airtelindia Airtel network has been pathetic to say the least. Frequent disruptions of the WiFi and what’s more frustrating is the 5G does not connect to the internet. Airtel has become unreliable and that’s a fact. hope you can do something quickly to restore my confidence.

@Murthy_Chaganti , I have been an Airtel customer for over two decades and this is the worst customer service xperience from Airtel ever. My internet is down once every week for over a month. Your team is only joining cables and not resolving the issue of line disconnection.

No approach roads, water leaking every now and then. Slums have added to the hygiene issue for people to walk. Dust levels are insane!

@manoj_216 Things will not change unless we overhaul the system. The people are capable but the system does not allow them to perform. Lethargy sets in because nobody cares for it hence quality is ignored. If we need to be like the developed economies, there needs to a reforms.

Flew @airindia from Bangalore to Mumbai. The take off and landing was very comfortable, it made me feel at ease. The crew were very courteous. The food served onboard was sufficient and delicious too. . #AIFans #FlyAI

Flew @airindia from BLR to DEL. Air India experience was excellent. The airbus 350 interiors were impeccably clean and neat with not a spec of dust or dirt. The flying experience was stupendous. Lastly the food served onboard was tasty and adequate. keep it up!. #AIFans #FlyAI
