الدكتوراه سبب لتدهور حالتك النفسيه!

الدراسة تابعت ٢٠ الف طالب (قبل وبعد وأثناء الدكتوراه) في السويد وقارنتهم بحملة ماجستير ما كملوا دكتوراه، عشان تعرف هل المشكلة في الناس ولا في تجربة الدكتوراه نفسها؟

قبل بدء الدكتوراه، الصحة النفسية للطرفين كانت متشابهة جدا. يعني ما في دليل إن اللي يدخلوا دكتوراه أصلًا عندهم مشاكل نفسية أكثر من غيرهم.

بعد بدء الدكتوراه، استخدام أدوية الاكتئاب والقلق والمنومات ارتفع بشكل واضح، ووصل تقريبًا إلى 40٪ زيادة ��عد خمس سنوات (الصوره تحت)

بعد التخرج الوضع يتحسّن شوي، لكن ما يرجع مثل قبل الدكتوراه بالكامل. التأثير طويل نسبيًا، مو مجرد ضغط مؤقت للأسف

المشكلة مو ��ي الشخص، المشكلة في نظام الدكتوراه نفسه. بيئة الإشراف، طول المدة، العزلة، وعدم الاستقرار كلها عوامل تضغطك نفسيا!
