These long waits are even worse in the UK. This is from a hospital in the Uk and from the list, you can see a first ENT outpatient appointment is 14 weeks. It gets worse before you get treated. 31 weeks average wait for routine surgery.

@lasisielenu There’s an abbreviation MTOC, which means Medical Team on Call. During my housemanship, I found out this had another meaning- Mortuary Team on Call. I shouldn’t be sane with the amount of preventable deaths I saw in Nigerian hospitals. At a point you lose count and compassion.
