March in place. Wish I was joking but I’m not. I get 2-3k just washing the dishes l/drying them while marching in place. Any activity that could be done sitting, do it either pacing around the room or marching in place - somebody with 15k as average steps for the past 7 months.
@edcvli@anacoachjsn *and the great part is that you get to decide which parts of your body you want to hold more lean mass to look tighter by creating a specific program. Also as a girl, we lose bone mass and muscle mass in our 20s. Weight training will protect you from alot of future issues.
@edcvli@anacoachjsn The more muscle you have the more smaller you look at the same weight. 155 pounds with mostly muscle mass looks like 135 or lower. 155 pounds with mostly fat looks like 155.

I saw a creator say that instant manifestation occurred the first time you thought about that desire. The first moment you pictured your desire was when your manifestation occurred. That’s why when you think about it, you see it as a memory as it has already happened.
