@ajwadthefalcon Kindly look into my case and help resolve this issue. I have already submitted all the evidence to the Risk Team. They denied my payout due to an IP-related allegation, even though I provided detailed video evidence explaining everything. I am still waiting for a fair resolution.
This is a serious concern and could affect your company’s reputation. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could personally review my case and help ensure it is resolved fairly. Thank you.
@Disha_FS I have already sent a screen recording of my device to your Risk Team via email. If you allow me, I can also post it here so you can see for yourself that this is a genuine technical issue.
@ajwadthefalcon@fundedsquad#PropFirm#PropTrading#FundedTrader#Forex#XAUUSD#Payout#TradingCommunity My payout was rejected by Funded Squad based on an IP location allegation, even though I provided detailed evidence to their Risk Team explaining the situation.
In Pakistan, mobile network IP locations can change frequently because of routing issues. In my case, I was using the Ufone mobile network, which appears to have inaccurate IP geolocation. I provided screenshots from an IP address website showing that at 4:41 PM my location appeared as Jhelum, and at 4:42 PM it suddenly changed to Rawalpindi—even though I was sitting in my home in Jhelum the entire time. It is obviously impossible for someone to travel from Jhelum to Rawalpindi or Lahore within one minute.
I shared all of this evidence with the Risk Team and even offered to prove it live on a video call, but they were not willing to verify the facts. It seems they had already made up their mind.
I have also seen many people on Discord saying their payouts were rejected over similar IP allegations. This is an issue with Pakistan’s mobile network IP geolocation, not evidence of rule violations.
From my experience, it feels like Funded Squad is rejecting traders’ payouts without properly reviewing the evidence. I respectfully ask @ajwadthefalcon CEO of Funded Squad, to personally review my case. If legitimate evidence continues to be ignored and genuine traders are treated this way, it will seriously damage the company’s reputation.
This is exactly why I provided you with evidence showing that this is a technical issue caused by the mobile network in Pakistan. Whenever the connection is refreshed or briefly disconnected, the IP address changes automatically, and the detected city can also change. I even attached screenshots as proof and offered to join a video call so I could demonstrate this issue live. This is clearly a technical network problem, not an attempt to hide my location or violate your policies. Please review the evidence I have already provided and reconsider your decision.
