“Having it all” is what you make of it. My “having it all” would look different than other individuals in the class, but that’s because we may have different perspectives, beliefs, lives, backgrounds and experience. “Having it all” to me means giving your all— each day! #SPCH451
A complication that women can face in the workplace is having a strong enough voice but not being so strong that it turns others away. Women have to work on being a balanced influencer within their organization. #SPCH451

In Team Captains, this stood out to me, “They knew how to use deeds to motivate,” this football team showed that strong members are needed to lead— in this case with blood spattered clothing and ferocity. They showed that actions can speak louder than words. #SPCH451
The mentality or idea of “sitting at the table” to me means being open, approachable, understanding, compassionate and to really listen to what is being said. Real Communication requires that.
I relate the most with Utilitarianism styled leadership. It allows the leader to stay true to themselves while also providing the best working environment and promotion to their employees. #SPCH451
(Unjustifiable Lie) a leader saying everyone is doing a great job & 50% of them aren’t & the leader knows that. (Justifiable Lie) A leader saying everyone should improve on “...” when only one member needs to, but he/she doesn’t want to single them out. #SPCH451
The idea of discipline and disciplined standards that were talked about in chapter 12 of Extreme Ownership is something I think my fellow coworkers should read. #SPCH451
