W.Bengal recruited primary teachers 10+2(50%) with 2yr D.ed,but pay matric scale of clerk (5400-25200, GP2300/2600), it is too insulting. Other states & centre pay 9,300- 34800 GP4200.Same WB govt pay Central TGT,PGT scale with no bias.Abolish pay bias.#UUPTA
