I have been using the Phone (3) for about 7 months now and since the 4.0 update in December, I've been facing 2 issues, i.e. Green Tint & Black Crush. I have made multiple follow ups with the feedback team.

Mumbai-based listed developer Kalpataru Limited signed an agreement to redevelop a housing project on a 3-acre land parcel in Andheri, with a potential of more than ₹1,400 crore.
The company has secured redevelopment rights for Shree Mahalakshmi CHS, a housing society off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. The project has a development potential of about 0.4 million sq ft of carpet area.

Today was an ultra clear day in Mumbai, and today I learned I can see the Taj Mahal Palace Tower from my balcony - it's 22kms away in a straight line. 😵💫
Oh, and it helps to have a camera phone that can see that far also. Photos at 1x, 6x, 40x!

I’m glad they retained the aero bridge design. This project was offered to me in September 2024 while Sejal was still clearing the land parcel.
To be honest I was quite unsure if the early design iteration i had seen would stand or not. Through a third party I was informed that the developer was looking at the nearby Oberoi development as the benchmark he wanted to build.
I’ve not been much impressed with the quality of Sejal Siddha Seabrook in Kandivali. But that project was hampered by the pandemic and it’s fair to give some benefit of doubt to the developer. Hope this one in Goregaon turns out to be a high quality development.
