#Bank Recruitment
Banks say that govt is not allowing them to recruit permanent staff &to adopt to outsourcing. If it is so then the govt is denying jobs to youths. Demand for recruitment will empower youths with good jobs. So agitation will hence forth be youth driven.
@nshankarunion1 Actually the committee for sexual harassment should consist of representatives from award staff, preferably women representative and a representative from non banking agency, socially active person to avoid any bias
@ChVenkatachalam Many highly educated youngsters have chosen banking job for the sake of fixed working hours. This is necessary for the society in the present situation where elders and children are deprived of family life if youngsters choose to work for long working hours. AIBEA right path
@ChVenkatachalam AUTUC/AIBEA zindabaad. Shortage of staff is not only affecting customer service but also affecting the health of employees irrespective of cadre because of the huge stress
@nshankarunion1 It started from sub staff and part time sweepers, acute shortage of clerical staff and now officers scale I. Slowly decreasing job opportunities and increasing unemployment. Customers naturally go to other private banks due to staff shortage and lack of service at the counters
@nshankarunion1 Why this type of neglect towards public sector banks which are catering to the banking needs of a large chunk of the population? Not at all fair
