@khantainer Agreed but they should have at least made calls, or taken any other measure. They did not tell anyone that the fire broke out, they all ran downstairs and stopped other people from going out (stated by a first hand witness)

People are blaming doctors and nurses at PIMS for this incident. They are not responsible for this tragedy; they are not firefighters, and no one gave them training for emergencies like this.

The Executive Director is responsible for the management.
The Health Minister is responsible.
This government is responsible.
